Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 13 years old and over stay for € 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that access to the private beach is at an extra cost. Please note that payment by cheque is not accepted at the property. When booking 5 rooms or more, group conditions apply. From November to April inclusive: If canceled or modified up to 14 days before your arrival date, no supplement will be charged. After this period, any cancellation, modification or no-show will be charged at 100% of the total amount of the stay. From May to October inclusive: A prepayment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the stay is required upon reservation, non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. A valid identity card or passport must be presented at the reception upon arrival (driving licence only is not accepted). If these documents are not presented, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the room. Thank you for your understanding.
